Increasing the daily budget of a Google Ads campaign doesn’t always result in more conversions or clicks

The increase in the number of conversions and clicks might be negligible.

What happens is, increasing the budget might prompt the algorithm to compete for higher-priced auctions, potentially leading to higher CPCs for some clicks. The algorithm may prioritize spending the increased budget on higher-performing keywords and ad placements, which can also increase average CPC.
